Seven years as Owner/MD of The Feversham Arms in Helmsley, North Yorkshire – developing the business from a pub with rooms to a 33-room luxury spa hotel – and winning AA Hotel of the Year and a Catey Award for Independent Hotel of the Year along the way.

Five years as General Manager of Blanc Restaurants Ltd – running Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons and Le Petit Blanc Brasseries.

Three years as MD of Tom’s Companies – overseeing the development of Seaham Hall Hotel & Serenity Spa (AA Hotel of the Year 2003), The Samling, The Fisherman’s Lodge and Treacle Moon restaurant.

Simon has extensive experience of financing, developing and operating high quality hospitality businesses – including Michelin starred restaurants and superior spas. He is someone who is both innovative and highly results-focussed.
